Turmeric Golden Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)

Instructions

  1. Add oats and almond milk to a small pot. Bring to a gentle simmer.

  2. Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper. Cook for 5 mins, stirring often.

  3. Top with a drizzle of honey, berries, or sliced banana.
