Turmeric Golden Oats
Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats

1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)

½ tsp turmeric

¼ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
Instructions

Add oats and almond milk to a small pot. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper. Cook for 5 mins, stirring often.

Top with a drizzle of honey, berries, or sliced banana.
