Lemon-Garlic Sautéed Greens
Ingredients:

1 bunch kale or spinach
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
Juice of ½ lemon
-
Salt to taste
Instructions

​Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
-
Add greens and a splash of water. Stir and cover for 2–3 mins.
-
Finish with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
