Lemon-Garlic Sautéed Greens

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale or spinach

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. ​Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.

  2. Add greens and a splash of water. Stir and cover for 2–3 mins.

  3. Finish with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
